Allian Agric Tractor Co., Ltd. produces the 1LY series disc plows, which are matched with tractors through a three – point hitch and can be used for deep plowing of virgin land, wasteland and cultivated land. The plow discs are made of 65MM material. After heat treatment, they have high hardness, good elasticity and are not easy to deform. During operation, the plow discs rotate to cut and deeply plow the soil and weeds.

This disc plow has the following features:

1. It is not prone to clogging. It can cut off crop stems, rhizomes and weeds, and is not afraid of brick fragments.
2. When working, the discs rotate, resulting in low working resistance and strong soil – turning ability. It is suitable for plowing green manure fields, returning rice and wheat stubbles to the field, and working in farmland with overgrown weeds, standing stalks, high soil specific resistance, and fields with brick and stone fragments where the conditions are complex.
3. The whole machine has a compact structure. It is flexible in head – turning during work and transportation, and is easy to adjust, simple and durable.
